bile aku kate padam semua nye...i really mean ALL of it!!! sape suh gatal tulis mende2 cmtu??? benda2 tu x patut ade sbb mase tu ko still ngan aku paham!!!!jgn sampai aku paste bende2 tu kat sini..

pandai tulis pandai lah padam...i dont care watever it takes..ko kene bunuh moderator tu pon aku xkesah....yg penting ko kene padam..kalo ko xnak aku tau past ko, sile delete!!!bukan tayang depan mate aku..then salahkan aku sbb aku terjumpe...pastu nak lepas tangan je dgn suruh aku jgn bce...tolong bertanggungjawab to all the mess that u have made..coz i'm sick of it..ko suruh moron tu padam jugak ape yg die tulis...

++ikan bakar umbai, melaka versi II++

semalam kami (aku+cinta hati+zira&ayu) ke umbai melaka lg skali sbb nak mkn ikar bakar..kami bertolak dr kl jam 7ptg dan tiba di sane jam 8.30malam...kami makan 4 ekor ikan cencaru,di belah belakang dan di masak sambal..3 ekor ketam masak cili, seekor ikan kembong masak pedas, 3 ekor sotong celop tepung, sup sayur dan 4 pinggan nasi putih...otak-otak....air tembikai, teh o ais 2 dan 5 gelas air kosong..dan desert jeli kelapa laut..sumenye RM65!!! murahkan???puas hati perot den...

tp kan..yang sedeynye..my ZOZO kene berak burung byk gile...all the way back, sume org usha kete aku..sampai polis yg buat road-block tu pon sengeh2 tgk kete aku...kami cr ESSO and basuh kete kat situ..buang taik burung je..YUCK!!!byk gile and busuk sgt...entah burung ape la yg berak byk sgt nih...

lepas makan kami melepak di dataran pahlawan...karoke kat jetty depan holiday inn..memeang best gile kat jetty tu...the view was fantastic.. environment die pon very relaxing and romantic... room for 4pax RM48 for 2 hours..arggghhhh...best gile...nak pegi lagi!!!!!

i am currently at starbucks, borders,berjaya timesquare...i grab a book to read..its quite an interesting book..the tittle is TALKING OF LOVE - How To Overcome Trauma & Remake Your Life Story...this book is written by Boris Cyrulnik, a renowned expert on resilience and himself a survivor of great trauma where he has worked with victims of cruelty and disaster all over the world..(aku x de la sampai tahap camni kot...tp trauma tu ade lah...hahahaha)

In this book, he draws on a mixturee of case histories, parables and personal recollections to explain how at any stage of life, it is possible to break free from trauma by translating our suffering into words and creating a place where emotions can be expressed..

MY REVIEW ON THIS BOOK:

it is beautifully written and very impressive...a very soothing and cathartic book and it is rare to find an analyst who can convey his message without psychobabble..above all, i love his quote - "if u wanna look wise, all you have to do is keep quite."

LOVE-despite it all

investment in hidden talents, defiance of the social gaze, and the adaptation of emotional styles is the main theme of this book..when we become old enough to embark on a relationship, we present a self-image of what we would like to be, but we commit ourselves to the relationship with what we are, with our emotional style and with our past history..
